Monochrome Neutrals

So, today I decided to showcase a more professional look for the benefit of those who have a grinding week ahead that pretty much starts with the Monday blues. The added  headache of deciding what to wear is something that affects almost everyone. Keep in mind that how you dress at the beginning of the week, sets the tone for how you’ll likely dress for the rest. With that mind, lets make sure you are dressed to impress on Monday morning. On to the outfit

Monochrome Neutrals: For this look I opted for a monochrome theme  that essentially means dressing from head to toe in colors belonging to the same family. This works great- makes you look taller, leaner, more athletic and extremely well put together. This look can be your go- to  for work when you need to add just that extra bit of authority to your look to seem more assertive and credible. Here, the vest does the job of a blazer, giving you a bit added visual weight and authority. Since blazers aren’t exactly feasible with our kind of weather, the vest acts as a great substitute. Add a pocket square for that slight ‘touch of class’ and you’re set to take on the Monday Blues in style. For professional attire, make sure you’re belt and shoes match and keep your watch strap also on the ‘matchy’ side.
